I don't think this is what I am looking for. The white sauce That I have had at Izumi Hibachi in Holbrook Long Island is creamy and sweet but I don't know what the flavor is. It is so good you could get addicted to it in a very bad way. My kids love it.

the best Base recipe to branch from! Of course, as you stated, the recipe and taste varies from chain to chain. I went to a local Miyabi Jr for lunch and brought some sauce home. After playing with it, It's ALMOST there for my Taste! I have an Idea, so if it works out, It will be known!Thank You!

Chuck, I tired your recipe as my first attempt after searching for cumulative hours for the perfect one. I used Hellmann's and it just had too strong of a mayo smell and taste. I played with the recipe and made it to be palatable. Since then, I have tried a few others, but yours has been(Continued).
