Good Day!! I am SO GRATEFUL that I found this website! I have been on a quest for this recipe for literally years now .. and recently I have been searching the internet. I found a couple white sauce recipes .. but none were the right one. However .. your website provided the perfect recipe and I have been enjoying it ever since. Thank you so much for your great contribution to the domestic culinary world !

Thanks sooo much for your efforts in finding the receipe! I have not tried to make the sauce yet, but I am glad to know that I'm not the only one who was interested in this sauce.

Thanks for the site. I'll have to try this sauce. I've never had it actually, but it's awesome someone put the effort into this site. I'll refer others to it that I come across. I wish someone would put this much work into a site dedicated to the yellow hollandaise type sauce at Gojo's. I've been looking for it for about 5 years and cannot find anything close. None of the one's on the internet claiming to be it are even close.

Thanx, I'll try it tonight.

Awesome recipe... I've had the ingredient list for years because by law they must disclose them in case of food alergies.. I've also attempted to make it for years and its always off... THANK you for the right quantities and ingredients

You did it!! I had everything here to make it...it tastes just like I remember it...I'll let you know how it goes tonight!

On a side note...I think you should add a recipe on how to make Hibachi Food...people who aren't as adventurous as you and I don't know where to start...if you're interested, I have an old e-mail I sent to a friend where I tried to explain it...you could use it as a springboard...let me know if you want it.

Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!

You are the best! I saw this on the blog where you posted your note...Thanks for all your hard work!!!! I'm making dinner tonight...I'm running out right now to get the stuff to make the sauce. I know it won't be as good as it would if it could cure over night, but oh well! I am so excited...have you ever tried the Yummy- Yummy sauce at Kyoto's in Lynchburg, VA?

I'll let you know how it goes...

Wow, this is so perfect.. I will pass this along to everyone that I know. And I cannot wait to try it for myself. I know that I will be using this at my next dinner party and throughout the week. Many thanks to you. And by the way, I love the website. You even have the perfect pictures too.

We ran into you while on vacation in Orlando last month. It was
outside Kobe's. Great site. We are so happy to finally have the recipe. We live in
Maine with no Kobe's!
